Soups are a great way to loose fat. They are full of good nutrition that will speed up your metabolism. The best part is they don't leave you hungry. The recipes are up to you ! Some may be higher in calories and some may be lower but that is up to you ! You get to pick the right combination of taste and calorie count. You will use this as a meal replacement for one meal a day. Instead of the usual meal, have a soup.
So, how does it work ? Simply find some soup recipes that YOU LIKE. It's important to have soups that you like. Who wants to eat something they don't like ? Some examples are ham soup, chicken noodle (of course), vegetable beef, vegetable, tomato and a wide variety of others. There are recipe books available for all different kinds. One located above this article that has been claimed to be very good. But you be the judge.
You need NO EXERCISE or silly rules to loose weight with soups. This means if you don't want to you don't have to do things like p90x or The Insanity Workout. Soups are SAFE and NATURAL. Why get on Jenny Craig or Curves when soups may be the difference ? Let's face it, we had soups 100 years ago and none of this other suff.
You can have a soup for as low as $1 per meal which in this economy is a really good way to save money.
They say it takes 3 weeks to form a habit and 3 weeks to break a habit. So whatever you do, just stick with it. Even if you start with a large bowl, stay with it. You can always taper off and the worst part of any diet is the first 3 days. Once you make it past the first 3 days, you are GOLD.
