A big breakfast is important. You have to have some fuel in the system to get things going. An easy breakfast is this :
1 cup of quick oats ( add some natural peanut butter or honey for flavor if you desire )
1 scoop of protein mixed with water
Without peanut butter or honey it is about 300 calories. Peanut butter will add about 200 calories or more depending upon how much you use. Remember, more calories earlier in the day is o.k. because you will burn these off throughout the day.
Just don't go over board !!
