Good Day Everyone !
Here is my diet tip for the day. Have what you want once or twice a week. This is not going to kill you IF YOU DON'T MAKE IT A HABIT. It's good to switch off the diet to let your body get out of the same ole routine.
If you choose this method of reward and changing gears to help shock your body choose the mid day meal because you will burn off some of those calories during the day. The more calories you take at the later meal, dinner, the more of that is stored as fat when you sleep.
