Diet Tip For the Day - Height and Weight Charts

So, today is Thanksgiving.  It's probably not the best day to start a diet or focus on your diet.  It can be done, but EVERYONE will be having a generous portion.  So, here is something you can focus on today.

Check a height weight chart and see where you fall. We are each going to be a little bit different because our frame may be large or small.  Or maybe we have large hands and feet and this will increase weight and throw the chart off a bit. Either way, you can get an idea of where you fall.

Compare the three links and determine where you fall.  Figure your shoes will weight about 1.25-1.5 pounds or so depending on how large your shoes are.
